Urbane Cafe

So this guy Gil… He’s going places! We took our grandson to the Northridge location last night on our way home to Simi Valley and had the best experience! I am a longtime fan growing up in Ventura and I’ve loved urbane from the first store there. Last night Gil and the other employees treated us like royalty and we ended up having the best experience when we were just expecting some great food. Highly recommend not only Urbane Cafe, but specifically this location!

This team care about guests, food, speed and atmosphere. The team here is giving a masterclass in Hospitality. The manager is insanely good. Calm, confident, bright aura! Always doing something productive, always in the lobby checking on guests. They’ve cracked the code here. 1/16/26 @ 2pm. Time stamping this so that if a director or ops or regional manager see this, they look into who the manager was working and give her a call and thank her. We all dream for managers like her.

My first time here. Ordered to go. Cilantro chicken salad. Unfortunately, there was no salad dressing. Also, the bread should be served on the side not in the salad. It gets soggy. Even without dressing.

Gil was amazing! So informative & really brightened up my day! Delicious food! I’ll definitely be back!

Gil was awesome great customer service with a friendly smile. I love urbane cafe! I get the Ahi tuna bowl or the chimichurri steak sandwich. Always fresh and fast at this location!
