Panda Express

I really like Panda 🐼 here in New Lenox, IL. The entire team here is so friendly. Food is great! If they're low on the side you want they do need time to prepare. Thank you!

It’s way /way/ easier getting food here than the one in Matteson. I wouldn’t get carry out around 5 pm though, unless you want to deal with them getting overly defensive. They asked me for the name, I showed them the confirmation page, they said okay and went to look at the bag and then they asked me for my name again. Told them my name and then I was further asked for the last four digits of my number. That was way too much of a hassle when Panda Express in general is a 6 most of the time, sometimes 7.

It was Saturday, they close at 10:00pm, came at 9:27 pm, but did not allow to dine in , then take out and wanted use bathroom really quick, but the young lady also didn’t allow to do it cause as she said they closed, but the door was opened. Very disappointed by the behavior of the staff!

I was just there in the Drive-Thru and they forgot me at the second window. So I'm sitting there for like 15 minutes car after car passing me. I go inside and they say sorry they're waiting for the chicken to make but the chicken I want is a full fresh pot ready to be given to me. If you forgot about me you forgot about me but don't lie. And on top of that these goofs tried to ring me out twice like I didn't already pay for my food.

Service was good. Mostly fast. Had to wait for a few items that weren't ready yet, but that was my choice. Were many other items I could have picked from ready to go. Place was mostly clean. Very brightly lit. Friendly staff.
