⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great experience at The Dock. Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The cream of chicken and rice soup was rich, creamy, and comforting — absolutely delicious. The standout for me was the double burger topped with pulled pork (can’t remember the name, but WOW). It was juicy, messy in the best way, and packed with flavor. The pulled pork took it to the next level, and the burger itself was cooked perfectly. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. We also tried the fried calamari, which was light, crispy, and not greasy at all, paired perfectly with the marinara. To top it off, the cocktail was refreshing and well balanced. Great food, generous portions, and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. This is definitely a place we’ll be coming back to
As of 2-10, I still have not heard back from this restaurant after they requested my email and said they wanted to make things right. Truly disappointing. Ordered the Honey Glazed Salmon… nowhere on the menu did it mention balsamic, was not appetizing to my palette at all so I sent it back to the kitchen (first time I’ve ever sent food back…)only to get very dried out salmon with honey simply on the side.. First Dish they sent out: Mash Potatoes and Beans on the side. Supposed to of been veggie of the day and rice pilaf… Second dish, no veggies but mash potatoes and rice pilaf… it seems as if the chef had a hard time staying true to the menu. There should have been a notification if there was a substitution for the menu. Cauliflower bites, Calamari and the Margaritas were the best dishes
I’ve been wanting to try this place ever since they close their doors in Joliet. I visited once in Joliet for happy hour and the food and service was great. The Mokena location is beautiful besides, the train can be loud. Love how clean and upscale the decor is. There’s outside seating. My husband ordered the prime rib sliders. They were not assembled according to the menu. They had pickled onions instead of grilled onions, which is a bummer, but my husband said they were still good. I ordered the buffalo cauliflower as my main meal and it was ok. I ordered a famous margarita flight which seemed to have been melted by the time it got to my table, but the blood orange was definitely my favorite.
The Dock on Front in Mokena is a standout spot for hearty, flavorful comfort food in a beautifully rebuilt setting. Nearly everything we tried came in generous portions—this place doesn’t skimp. The wings were excellent: large, meaty, and packed with flavor. The pastrami Reuben was another highlight—savory, well-balanced, and satisfying. The burger? Absolutely to die for. Huge, juicy, and full of rich flavor. Even the loaded fries, while definitely indulgent, were hard to resist. The 10” pepperoni pizza was just okay—not bad, not great—but it’s clear that burgers and wings are where The Dock really shines. The atmosphere was lively to the point of being loud, especially on a busy Sunday night, which might be a downside for those looking for a quieter meal. Still, the wait staff handled t
My friends and I went here for lunch and had a simply marvelous meal and a splendid time. The owner and the manager both came to our table and our server, Mary Kay was extraordinary. We split the cauliflower bites and the goat board for appetizers and loved every bite. For my entrees I partook of the glazed salmon with green beans which were perfect. It came with rice pilaf that was underwhelming so I left it. For dessert we split the cheesecake and the fancy sponge cake both of which were out of this world. What a terrific choice to eat here, we will be back.
