Panda Express

I am a nurse who has been working long hours and was looking forward to having some Panda Express for lunch. When Googled the closing time says 10p. The sign said lobby close at 9p and drive thru at 9:30p. However, it is 9:19p and the drive thru is already closed. The workers are cleaning and disregarding my presence! Running out of food can't be the excuse because you can clearly see good still out for serving! There is also another customer that pulled in behind me, and was disappointed! The closing time should not say 9:30p if you're closing sooner. I hope the franchise owner of this location will see this review. 2 customers lost to another restaurant nearby!

This location is absolutely horrible to put it nicely. I am from out of state. The Panda Express from where I’m from is always fresh and tastes great. My friend who lives here has been telling me Panda Express is so bad. I didn’t understand why they believed that until today. I ordered my go-to: a bowl with fried rice and honey sesame chicken. The rice was so hard I almost broke my back tooth. There were black speckles all throughout the rice with burn marks on most and a burnt taste. One or two pieces, hey I’m understanding, but this was every single bite. I actually had to spit the rice out of my mouth into the to-go bag it was so bad. I believe the rice was old, extremely burnt, and over cooked which was surprising because I came around 11:20a. It was so hard it tasted like it had not b

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ The staff at this Panda Express is always friendly, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. I really appreciate that. Unfortunately, this time my order was incorrect, and I didn’t realize it until I got home. It happens, but next time I’ll be sure to double‑check before leaving. Overall, still a solid experience with room for improvement.

Daisy was not helpful at all. It’s extremely frustrating when I spend my hard earned money on restaurants that do the bare minimum to take accountability for their mistakes and to provide good service. After working all day and arriving home to provide dinner to my kids eating out is SOMETIMES easier. Unfortunately, you can’t count on the staff at this location to make your day any easier. I called to inform them I arrived home with all flat drinks and I didn’t have a receipt she said she can’t help me. So there goes 3 drinks poured into the sink. No other option was given so I had to take another trip out to the local gas station to spend more money on drinks.

I forgot how awful this location was and accidentally came again. I ordered online and when I got there 20 minutes later they hadn't even started on my order. When they looked at my order I heard them grumbling and saying are you serious and it really wasnt even a difficult order. Then half of the entree items were out of stock, so I had to choose others. Then I could see all my stuff ready behind the counter just needing to be bagged up, but the girl disappeared for 10 minutes. I asked the other workers to bag it up and no one would even though they took care of at least 4 customers that came in after me. When I got home I discovered that one of the entrees was missing out of the plate and most of the chow mein was gone.They gave me rice without even asking what I would want instead. In a
