Panda Express

This Panda Express location is conveniently located inside the Belvidere oasis. The food is somewhat good Employees are somewhat friendly Prices are the same as any other Panda Express. The grilled chicken teriyaki with white rice is the only good thing I enjoy from Panda Express and definitely recommend trying it out.

I see a lot of bad reviews and my experience is nothing compared to what they all state, Gracela who I assume is the manager and Anthony were the only ones in front, the food was being topped as soon as it gets low, both were very helpful and were controlling the line pretty fast. The food was good and fresh, they weren’t stingy with scoops, atmosphere was clean and organized, the only thing is not paying an extra $1.50 for steak and it’s filled with mushroom and 2 pieces of meat which I’m very certain is not employee’s fault but management trying to cut cost, don’t make people pay extra if you’re not gonna give their money’s worth. Overall those 2 people I interacted with were nice and welcoming, informative and willing to help.

Frustrated because I placed an online order for pickup, but had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to cook the food. Also overheard the employee say to another "I usually like to make online orders when no one is here." Usually I am not picky about customer service, but this was a little outrageous. EDIT: I found some sort of pink powder within the noodles, like makeup (because its shimmery).

Ordered a medium Sweet Fire Chicken, for $9 and there were literally 4 small pieces of chicken and 75% Pineapple, Onions, etc. Unacceptable. Very disappointing.
