Jersey Mike's Subs

Stopped at this Jersey Mikes on a long round trip from Minnesota to North Carolina and back. Had mostly eaten fast food for the trip. We were greeted by staff as we walked in, a very friendly employee took our order and made our philly sandwiches. Every staff member working was super polite and the sandwich was great. Highly recommend.

The last 2 times I ordered a giant sub the portions of meat and cheese have been significantly smaller. I called and the kid said they cant control it and have to abide by what the management says. Both times the manager has been m.i.a. to deal with the sandwich. I even ordered extra cheese and barely got what was previously standard. Stay clear of this place. They charge premium but will skimp on portions. Stay clear of this jersey mikes. I cant say that it is every jersey mikes. I wish I can upload pictures on here....

I love when you get great customer service! I placed a last minute online catering order for for two boxes of sandwiches, chips and cookies and it gave me an estimated time of 12:00, but I really needed it earlier. I called the store and asked if I could pick it up 45 minutes sooner and they said yes. I walked in and 11:15 and they were just finishing up. Perfect! They even walked the order out to my car. I appreciate the friendliness and the great customer service.

Placed a delivery order. Not only was it almost 30 minutes late, 2 of the 5 sandwiches ordered were missing!! Wth. Luckily the delivery service refunded us.

Huge thank you to Brian for his thoughtfulness while my cards were having an issue working. Brian decided to pay for the food to save the headache. Very much appreciated and will be giving them 5 stars!
