Ned's Diner

Went here for breakfast for the first time and honestly really loved it. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly right from the start. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything tasted homemade and well done — exactly what you want from a good breakfast spot. Portions were satisfying without being overwhelming, and the prices felt fair for the quality. Overall, it was a great first experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Been passing this place for months and it was always full of cars. Decided to try Ned's and was I glad I did ☺️. Very nice staff, clean and quick service. Since it was a seasonal dish, I had to order the pumpkin 🎃 pancakes with cinnamon whipped cream. They were exceptional. The bacon was good as well. We ordered the chicken and waffles and they were really good as well. The chicken tenders were soaked in buttermilk prior to breading so they were tender and had a bit of that flavor. A real surprise was the sweet potato fries. Fresh hot and crispy 👌. Overall price was nice as well. Will be coming back here in the near future to try something else that could be delicious 😋

I can't say enough nice things about this place. My only complaint is that I live 25 min away from them. The skillets are perfectly cooked, the omelette was hands down one of the best I've had in my life. It was incredibly fluffy, flawlessly soft, and stuffed to the gills with the toppings I chose. I also got the caramel apple pancakes, which were perfect as well, the only issue I had was my personal beef with pecans, but my lovely waiter informed me I can get it without the pecans next time. So that's going to happen ASAP

I recently stopped by Ned's, and had a solid dining experience. The diner is very clean and well-kept, which is always a great first impression. Everything felt neat and tidy, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The service was quite quick, even during a busy time, which I appreciated. The large menu offers a wide variety of options, so there’s something for everyone, whether you're craving breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I decided to try the Turkey Bacon Club with fries, and it was a good choice. The sandwich was packed with a generous amount of turkey and crispy bacon, and the fries were tasty and nicely seasoned. For the portion size and quality, I’d say it was a good value for the money. Overall, Ned's Diner is a great spot for a quick, casual meal with a lot of choices. W

We stopped at Ned's Diner for breakfast on our way to Madison WI. on a recommendation from a friend from Rockford. I do not know if I would have ever found this place. The staff worked together from the moment we walked in. We got seated immediately, and someone got us drinks. Our waitress came by shortly and asked if we were ready. I ordered the 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and 2 sausages. My dining companions got the cinnamon French toast with a side of bacon and a mushroom and cheese omelet. The bacon was thick cut and crispy. The pancakes were flufy, savory, and sweet all at once. The omelet was buttery and large. We could have taken half home. Ned's also has a signature hot sauce at each table. I'm not big on hot sauces because I can not handle spicy food; used sparingly, it added a nice kick
