Cozy, family owned cafe, that I cannot recommend enough if you’re in town or passing through Lafayette. You will not find any place with better freshly baked scones on this side of the tunnel. They are baked every morning, and if you come in early enough, they might still be warm. Each batch comes out with the most perfect fluffy interior, with a crisp exterior crust. No hockey pucks here! The photo doesn’t do it justice because I couldn’t hold back eating it before posting. The chai tea is a house made blend, with all organic ingredients. Try it as a latte with a shot of espresso. It’s so much better than the chai syrup concentrated drink you get at Starbucks, and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. Made a pit stop while waiting for business partners. Ordered an everything bagel w/ coffee.

We live in Lafayette, and this was our first visit. We went in on a Sunday afternoon. There were 2 other people there, so not busy at all. The woman behind the counter (my guess was she was the owner?) seemed put out that my daughter and I had walked in. She was not personable at all. I had questions about drinks, and she literally walked into the back while I was asking a question. We still placed our orders, and when we received them my daughter's was incorrect. I was polite for the entire exchange, including this part. She was very unhappy to have to remedy it. Instead of remaking the drink, she somehow pulled the boba out, replaced it with lychee and re-sealed the cup. I really wanted to like this little shop so I could get boba tea without leaving town. Looks like we'll continue going

Small quaint coffee spot on the corner, easy parking, good service, delicious espresso and lovely dine in ceramic mugs. Highly recommend for a coffee outing. Comfy chairs and some limited outdoor seating available right in front facing the street, so although not the best, it’s there.

Coffee was good, but the breakfast sandwich was premade and only microwaved. Meat looked undercooked and English Muffin was soggy. They were kind enough to give me a refund, but I would suggest avoiding the premade sandwiches.
