Pal's Sudden Service

Staff are always fast, and most of the time, they are friendly. Oftentimes, you sacrifice a bit of friendliness to be fast. Cheddar rounds are everyone's favorite, but we decided to try their breakfast for the first time. Gravy was spilled everywhere from both orders. The country ham biscuit was a bit off. However, the plastic forks that were shoved into the bags had a dead bug or dirt inside the plastic. This is an example of being too fast, which detracts from the customer experience.

I think every Pal’s is drive through only, so it’s hard to rate the atmosphere. However, the sprinklers were on today, and this made it interesting to sit in the line. My only food complaint is that they serve the “blended meat” hot dogs and not all beef or all pork. The French fries are great.

Food is alway great! But they need to be more accurate with individual orders items we’re missing in my order and wasn’t driving back to town over it. Will be checking my order immediately at the window

Let me tell you, folks, I tried Pal’s while I was in Tennessee for a very short time—just a little while, but it was tremendous. Incredible, really. Best fast food burger, no question about it. Believe me. Now I’m back in North Carolina—great state, love it—but I can only get Pal’s maybe once, maybe twice a year. Sad, right? But every time I go, it’s like a pilgrimage. A big, beautiful, glorious pilgrimage. Just fantastic.

My favorite fast food burger. We stop here every visit on our way home to N.C. I get 2 burgers with toppings on the side to take home. Good food, fast service!! YEP!! Just stopped by again, Best Fast Food Cheeseburger! I get the Jr. Double, and it was DEEELISH!!
