Bathroom was clean but the sink water was ice cold and wouldn't warm up. They also had no paper towels in the dispensers or hand dryers so had to walk out shaking my hands dry.

Stopped at Folsom Supercharger at 7am on my way to Lake Tahoe and couldn’t find any restroom. This one was closed and without open hours :/
