Paisano's Pizza Villa

I am mind blown reading these negative reviews and most are petty and pathetic. I have never had an issue with this establishment, any of the employees, managers or owners. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years since I was a child and my family ordered from the original owner. The pizza is delicious, the salads are decently sized, the dinners are enough for 2 meals and the wings omg amazing

Went in for a Buffalo Chicken Sub not entirely sure what u was given but it was NOT anything remotely close to a Buffalo Chicken sub and the amount of sauce I’m not sure how the bread tasted so dry but I definitely won’t be coming back here again

Danny, the pizza maker, was incredibly nice and welcoming. He made us feel right at home while crafting our pizza, and honestly, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had—fresh, perfectly cooked, and loaded with flavor. I can’t recommend this place enough! I’ll definitely be coming back just for Danny’s pizzas.

I stopped ordering from here years ago due to declining service. Today... I had no choice as Rosa Villa was closed. We ordered the family meal (24 cut with 24 boneless wings and 2 2liters). The pizza had NO sauce on it and the wings were mediocre at best. My kids were hungry so they ate a few slices. My husband and I had 1 each and we could barely choke it down. Called them up to explain the situation. They don't give refunds even though I offered to return the pizza. They offered to bring a 12 cut replacement because between my 4 kids and 2 adults 9 slices were eaten.. so we had 3 additional slices taken away from our replacement. Lady says "well..half the pizza is already eaten.." DUH! Geez I'm sorry my children were hungry and I wasn't going to let them look at the pizza and not eat it.

Usually they are good but they forgot the sauce (main ingredient???) I went to contact them and they never responded. They looked at my message and ignored me. Terrible service! I get things happen but to not respond after viewing a message is terrible! Their pizza isn’t cheap either. After this experience I will not be going back. In the past they have burnt the pizza bad. I went in and pointed it out and asked for a new pizza. The kid behind the counter was extremely rude about it. They have messed up orders and the customer service is so bad they do not correct it as they should and are not nice about it. I see all these reviews of people getting so frustrated about their orders and the customer service back talk…. I totally understand the customers getting pissed off when the owner or
