Main Street Cafe

The atmosphere was very pleasant, and we enjoyed breakfast featuring fresh, delicious food. The service was excellent. We ordered The Pete and Boston Cream Pancakes, and found the prices to be quite reasonable.

What a little Gem. Food was very good and service friendly. I highly recommend. We went for breakfast and had not 1 complaint. Probably some of the best around. Prices are good, food is good and so is the service.

A quaint place right in the heart of Altamont. Not over-crowded or loud, greeted as soon as we opened the door, menus and coffee within seconds. A very comfortable atmosphere, with seating spaced perfectly and enough room if I wanted to bring all the kids out for a meal. The menu was amazing. They have your regular breakfast items and then they have spruce up versions. They have an eggs Benedict section on the menu and I plan on bringing my husband for our anniversary. I had a great time visiting with my friend, we didn't feel rushed, we had an abundance of food, the price was worth the quality. Overall, I feel like this might become a monthly meal out.

We recently moved to Albany and decided to try out a small place for breakfast. The place we went to was totally packed, so we found Main Street Cafe instead and we are so glad we did ! We were seated right away, the service was great and the food is phenomenal. The three of us were all beyond impressed with the taste and quality of the food. The corned beef hash is homemade and delicious, the bacon was crispy and yummy, the poached eggs were cooked perfectly, the homefries were flavorful. I think we found our new breakfast spot. Thank you for being awesome !

I got the funyun onion burger with sweet potato fries and it’s was delicious. Would definitely go back to try more items on the menu.
