Excellent! Place has a new staff but same great quality food and drinks. The staff was attentive and friendly. Loved the fact that they offered me a sample of a creole dish to sample and the chefs made it spicy.... Amazing!!It worked. I ordered it and I enjoyed every tasty bite. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Not dry or undercooked. Loved it. The drinks were also done right. Can't go wrong with the cucumber martinis. Try it,, you'll like it! Go and sample this friendly, clean and nice restaurant. Two thumbs up... Way up. -martinanto
This was my second visit to catch up with friends and I have to say the food is a pleasant surprise, not what you would expect from a small town "bar and grill". There's a bit of everything on the menu- salads, seafood, both fried and grilled, pasta, chicken and steaks. I chose the chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes and the house salad. The Marsala was delicate and not overly sweet, the chicken tender. The potatoes were good though not quite warm enough. Even so the meal was enjoyable and I would like to try one of the other dishes.
Nice watering hole with great service and good eats. Stopped by during happy hour for a drink and some takeout. The crab cakes were magnificent, and the other items were pretty tasty as well. The service was the highlight, kind, and helpful. Would definitely recommend for those in the area or those just driving through
I was pleasantly surprised by the food. If I go to a new seafood location I always try their shrimp cocktail. I ordered the small, and when it came out I was blown away by the amount that was given. It was so much 2-3 people could eat off of it. I was expecting a small portion that came in a cocktail glass of some sort, but no. It tasted great as well with the lemon squeezed over it added an extra kick. I also ordered the fish al mojo de ajo from the lunch menu, I didn't ask what kind of fish it was when I ordered, but in the end it didn't matter I tasted amazing. The bottom had a nice pan seared crust, and the fish was deliciously garlic buttery. I opted for a side of their version of dirty rice. Again, it was really good a long with the fish bites. The roll served was a soft honey butter
Salmon was good but veggies had an up charge. Alfredo was perfect serving size. Place is small with restaurant & bar w/tvs. Meal delivery time was reasonable & servers were attentive. Good food & casual atmosphere 👍
