H-E-B plus!

The shopping experience is fine. The pharmacy is a poor experience. I’ll be moving my meds to another pharmacy. On multiple occasions I have been texted that my prescriptions are ready only for parts to be missing or the entire prescription to be missing. Today that happened again except this time they asked me to loop the drive through line again or go inside and wait. Don’t put your prescriptions at the Lytle HEB.

This is my local HEB and shop here frequently. I like the service who's staff are very helpful when seeking items as well as the cashiers who are friendly and greet. Products are nicely displayed and usually available. The only complaint I have is that I like to shop early (to avoid crowds) and there is usually a lot of shockers in the eisles with boxes everywhere and have to make my way around and after in the way of products. Wish this was done during closing hours before store opens. Still prefer HEB over Wal-Mart for its product variation.

I really like this HEB but have always been disappointed with the cashiers and baggers . Today Eleazar D. Changed my mind . He was so polite , and handled all our groceries with care especially the bread and eggs. Thank you Eleazar for doing it right and caring about the items we purchased. Great employee!

I noticed that this one on the north side of town has bigger fruits and vegetables! I don't know why and I went to the other location to pick up some meat and showed my wife what I was talking about. Literally there a difference in this category. But it's a great place.
