Went for our Anniversary dinner... only took us 3 mos. to get Prime Rib but it was fabulous!!

I was disappointed with the food. The chili was ok, however the burger meat was “greasy and lukewarm”. The cheddar cheese looked like it was under the headlamp too long. On the other hand my server Ryan was fantastic. He engaged me in conversation and was very pleasant. I was pressed for time and he got me my bill quickly. Although the food was mediocre, again I want to say Ryan was fantastic.

Outback kindly accommodated our rowdy group of 11 adults. And let me tell you, we had a much needed blast tonight - who knew we could have so much fun at Outback! We were seated quickly, in an area that fit us all so comfortably. Our waitress was Alexis D. And she was absolutely PHENOMENAL. The food was your typical Outback food, but our waitress took the place to a whole new level. She kept us laughing, we kept her laughing, the entire night was so much fun. While she is new she isn't perfect, she's a human not a robot but that girl kept up with us, a group of 11 who at best have the listening skills and attention span of toddlers most of the time. Derek was one of the kindest waiters I've seen in a long time. He listened to my order, and made it perfect in every way. My husband enjoyed the "New Bone-In Ribeye" he told me it was one of the best steaks had in a long time. Thank you Derek for making our meal so special on a cold, snowy, and icy winter night. For a Saturday night dinner at this location, the place wasn't crowded at all, we were sat almost immediately and were served within 5 minutes of sitting down. Our server, Jayden, was absolutely amazing from start to finish, checked on us throughout our time there, didn't hover and was transparent about anything we ordered that would cost more. Our food was very delicious. This location has certainly improved the quality of their staff and the food for the price. Please continue this trend. But Jayden was exceptional and should be given a raise!! :)
