Starbucks

I want to update my review after what was clearly addressed. Adam has stepped up and really showed that he can do better when taking and making my order! Katelyn (I think that is how you spell her name) is a 10/10 employee, always a joy to see. Every employee here is just great. There’s a good team in there, so hold on to them @StarbucksCorporate.

We usually get great coffee here, but today my Peppermint Mocha had neither the peppermint nor the mocha…. Ugh. Luckily I was headed home and added them myself.

Great place to get some work done. The baristas are so nice and genuine:)

Camila at the 2104 gallatin pike Starbucks deserves recognition. she is always patient and kind, even with long lines. The drink was made perfectly, and her cheerful attitude improved the afternoon. People like her make a difference.

I recently visited Starbucks through the drive-thru and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I was greeted quite rudely by an employee named Camila, which really set a negative tone for the visit. Good customer service is a big part of why people return to a place like Starbucks, and this fell short. I hope the team takes this kind of feedback seriously and works on improving their customer interactions.
