Dinner at Osteria Umbra was phenomenal. The atmosphere was warm, intimate, and full of authentic Italian energy it felt like stepping into Umbria for the night. Kevin, our server, was outstanding, like really good!!! Knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about the menu. He elevated the entire experience. Every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly executed from the lamb and scallops to the veal chop and even the house-made bread. You can taste the pride in every plate. And the tiramisu? The best I’ve ever had. It was so good the dessert chef came out and I should have hugged her!!! That’s how memorable it was. This wasn’t just dinner. It was an experience. We’ll absolutely be back.
(Pictured: Cocktails: Velvet Fig & Cinnamon Apple Martini, 40oz Wagyu Steak medium rare, Cheese Wheel Black Truffle Spaghetti, Pistachio Cake, our great server Sage) My boyfriend made reservations for a date night and it’s probably one of my favorite dates ever. You feel the coziness as soon as you walk in and the hostess was very friendly and greeted us with a smile, we felt very welcome! It is beautiful inside with a great view of their famous grill but we were sat in a little more quiet/intimate area in the back which we loved. They were busy and still very attentive and the noise level just felt like background noise, it’s nice to be able to talk without shouting. Our server Sage (if I remember correctly) went above and beyond with recommendations and answering any questions we had a
We had the privilege of celebrating our wedding at Osteria Umbra one year ago and our guests are still talking about how it was the most amazing and memorable wedding. Chef Marco was an absolute pleasure to work with, making planning seamless. He was so flexible and accommodating, yet meticulous with details. He is an expert in his craft. The staff (shout out to Brandon!!) exceeded expectations, going above and beyond in catering to our friends and family. It was obvious they were enjoying our wedding with us, which made it so much more special than a wedding hall. Osteria Umbra made our unique wedding vision a perfect reality. It was the epitome of elegance and class, with an exquisite culinary experience. It was a true fairytale. Thank you Chef Marco and all of the Osteria Umbra fami
My boyfriend and I celebrate our anniversary here every year, and it is never short of amazing. The food is pure Italian—everything tastes so fresh, and I’ve never had a single complaint about a dish. The service is absolutely outstanding! They remember us every year and always make our anniversary feel extra special. From the moment you walk in the door to the table service and even the manager checking in, everything is handled with such care and warmth. The eggplant appetizer is honestly better than anything I’ve had in Italy (and I’m serious about that) the cheese wheel pasta is my absolute favorite. It’s definitely on the pricier side for a couple, but it’s so worth it which is why we save it for special occasions. Would highly recommend just make sure you’re ready to splurge a little
Honestly was not impressed for the price. $200 for a small rib eye. We got the pasta in the cheese wheel and it tasted good. Overall it was over $800 after tip and underwhelming. The food was okay the price was over inflated. We have no problem paying $200+ for a steak clearly but it was tiny. Not worth it and this was my second time there. Only one person was drinking so we did were shocked at the bill. Again we eat out regularly at some of the top restaurants as a family of 5 this was insanely overrated & overpriced. To top it off I was walking out with a stroller two staff members were watching me struggle with the door because it’s so tiny. You would think that after what we spent, they would hold the door open.
