O'shucks Seafood and Grill Winder

This was our first time visiting this seafood restaurant in Winder and overall it was a good experience. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items. We ordered the Crab Cakes as an appetizer and they were amazing. I absolutely loved the sauce on the Cajun Mahi Tacos(not too spicy) although the fish could have been cooked a little lighter. We also had the Shrimp and Lobster Bisque and it was incredibly creamy and flavorful.

We went there about 30 minutes before close time. I guess we got what was left over or the grill was shut down. The fries were really cold, the burger bun was falling apart as if it was old bread. How do you mess up fried shrimp? It lacked flavor, breading was falling off. The server was not welcoming, actually seemed bothered. It was late, kids were hungry. Will I be back, probably not. Money not well spent!

We started off with the fried green tomatoes and ended with the fish & shrimp basket. Both were fantastic!

Not a fan of the raw gulf oysters, but the seafood bisque was awesome. My server was fun and she took the offending oysters off the check. A wide variety of menu items for a seafood joint! Super kitsch and fun.
