Can’t beat OIP pizza! Perfect crust. Great cheese quantity. Scrumptious

We have carried out pizza several times and eaten in once. The food is great old school pizzeria fare. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely our go to for good quick eats in the Bedford area.

We stopped here on a whim because it was 10 degrees and snowing and the only place open. The staff couldn’t be more friendly to my wife and 3 kids. The pizza was exceptional. Slightly thin crust. No flop but make sure you get it done enough. Great great sauce. For a small town like Bedford this is a hidden gem

2 Stars – Overpriced, Underwhelming, and Disappointing I recently visited the Original Italian Pizza (OIP) in Bedford, PA, and unfortunately, it was far from the experience I was hoping for. Service started off decent—our order was taken promptly, and the staff seemed friendly at first. However, once the food arrived, the cracks began to show. I ordered an 8-slice pizza with anchovies, expecting a flavorful, well-balanced pie. The crust itself was the best part—crispy on the outside with a nice chew—but the toppings were undercooked and noticeably lacking. Most surprising (and frustrating) was the anchovy situation: on the entire pizza, there were maybe two or three small pieces in total. Great place, nice staff, good food. I come here about once or twice a month, and their pizza never ceases to amaze me. Thin crust and not too much sauce. I can't say much about any of the other food items, but the pizza is worth coming for.
