The inside of the place looks nice, with a good variety of frozen yogurt flavors that all taste good and plenty of seating. However, when I walked in there was a strong unpleasant smell, almost like a dirty bathroom. It made it hard to enjoy the froyo. The place could really use some air freshener or better ventilation.

The store is set up nicely and the seating is plentiful and comfortable. It’s clean. The yogurt is good just wish they had more variety of toppings. The prices aren’t as stable as the ones I’m used to from Michigan but the staff was friendly!

I’ve been going to Orange Leaf Saugus several times a month, but this last visit was a shock. I paid almost $18 for one cup of frozen yogurt. The place is always very clean and the staff is friendly, but the prices have gotten ridiculous. It wasn’t this bad before — they added a scale at the counter and clearly jacked up the price. This is supposed to be a fun, affordable spot for kids to hang out. Now two teens on a simple date could spend around $40 on frozen yogurt. With profit margins around 65–80%, it feels like they’re taking advantage of loyal customers. I used to love coming here, but after this, I’ll think I'm going back to ice cream.

Staff was abrupt and rude. I am not sure how to respond to your response so I will address it here. The response you wrote is a lie. This wasn't my experience. No one greeted us. No one offered us samples. I did not pay with cash. As a matter of fact, my son paid with his card. I am not sure who you are talking about. You didn't even ask me what the problem was. That's quite a story you made up.
