Istanbul Diner Cafe

The food was delicious. We ordered the Istanbul platter and had more than enough! We were stuffed and enough to bring some home. The service was excellent people very friendly! It was extremely clean and welcoming inside! It was amazing and we had a great time! Definitely a must stop!

Food is always fresh and flavorful. We can come here order the same meal over and over again and still be pleased everytime. We haven’t tried anything we didn’t like. Service goes above and beyond. Turkish Tea is a must! Their rice pudding is the perfect end to any meal. A must try!

I had such a beautiful lunch at Istanbul Diner in Saugus and I will definitely be back. I ordered the falafel plate and everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft inside, not dry at all. The rice was fluffy, and the salad tasted fresh and bright. The grilled pita was warm and soft with just the right amount of char. You can tell the food is made with care. For dessert I had the rice pudding, which was creamy, fresh, lightly sweet, and topped with cinnamon simple and comforting in the best way. I also ordered Turkish coffee and it was strong, rich, and authentic. They even served it in a beautiful traditional cup with Turkish delight on the side, which made the experience feel special. Excellent food! Huge portions for the price you cannot go wrong. Pita nice and piping hot! Everything fresh. Service was great, very nice and hospitable. Would definitely return. Featured is the chicken mix grill plate.
