Food is good. However it can be extremely slow, especially for drive thru. Lastly and the most important thing is service. I placed a family order por pickup, I requested to get more Mac and less rice. They refused because the receipt had to say it specifically. They just didn't want to accommodate a simple and easy request. I didnt want free food. I just wanted more Mac and less rice.

Ordered Crab Rangoons. Extremely undercooked. Had absolutely no color and they were cold.

Friendly staff. Katsu was crispy. Protein grilled well. Generous side servings.

First visit — and unfortunately our last. The chicken was burnt throughout, and we were left feeling very disappointed. Mac salad was extremely plain. I threw away my entire meal.

The chicken katsu wasn’t hot at all. It was served room temp. Didnt bother taking it back because you don’t know what they are going to do to your food. This is the first time I received it not piping hot. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly. The place was clean. Was there around 2P 01/26/26 and spent just under $30.
