Once Upon A Bagel Lake Forest

I really enjoyed the bagels and cream cheese selections and taste. I wish there was somewhere to sit when we were there but we couldn't wait to have one so we started eating our fav's right in our vehicle. It's definitely worth the trip to try some tasty bagels and any other selections you might favor. We'll be back for sure!

Unfair, Very disappointed. I went in 20 minutes before closing. I tell my order to the woman at the front, she looked at me with a blank stare and said the kitchen was closed. There was a customer checking out as I first walked in to the building and she received her food seconds after I turned around to leave. Clearly the kitchen wasn’t closed, if the woman in front of me got her food. I’ve been a fan of Once Upon A Bagel for a long time but after this unfair treatment, I won’t be going back.

Updated Review: I’ve lowered my rating for this business. The cake donuts were once fresh and delicious, but now they’re often thawed, which really diminishes the quality. While the bagel selection is decent, they tend to have more of a bready consistency rather than the lighter, chewy texture with a crisp exterior that true bagels should have.

I orderd delivery it took sometime to get here and I ordered a Ruben burger with CAJUN CURLY FRIES.....you tell me if that looks like Cajun curly fries + it was oily. The burger was decent not worth $16 tho
