On A Wing & A Crêpe

A craving for crepes this morning led us on this journey. Weve always passed by Crosscut Taproom but have never been till now because On a Wing & A Crepe is there. The atmosphere is so beautiful and cozy with plenty of fires going. Stefan greeted us and was incredibly kind! He let us know his story, how he was born in Paris and how he came up with the buisness name. The food is PHENOMENAL. We got 6 of the gochujang chicken wings and one of the goat cheese and marionbeery jam crepes and one of the ham, brie and blackberry drizzle crepes.The wings were so good, probably the best weve had in Bend! This place is an absolute gem! We had the jerk chicken wings and the bananas foster crepe. First the wings, they did that right! Fried crispy without breading, then tossed in a jerk sauce. They were crispy and juicy with a perfect sauce that starts out sweet and turns spicy in the back. The crepe… Wow, decadent, amazing, over the top and perfect! Crepes with vanilla ice cream, bananas, walnuts, and caramel sauce! What a delight!

What a perfect food truck! From the name to the food. Who doesn't love crepes and wings? The wings were super crispy, plenty of interesting "around the world " sauces to choose from. The crepes were kicking as well, lots of fun options there from savory to sweet. My man running it was super cool and friendly. Definitely recommend!

My families two favorite foods!! These are definitely the best wings in town if not ever. I had the sticky sauce one. Soooo yum. The fries are those perfect shoestring fries with the perfect crisp. My 14 and 4 year old sons downed their hot wings and their crepes. I took photos when I took a break after stuffing our faces. Great prices too! Hubby and I are happy :)

Incredible wings and crepes! My wife and I got the Jamaican jerk and gochujang wings as well as a bananas foster crepe with ice creams. So delicious! The gentleman behind the counter was top notch with his service, will absolutely be coming back.
