Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This is actually my first time coming to Olive Garden, and I did really enjoy the food. We ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonata and the tour of Italy, as shown in the photo. There was a tiny bit more oil and grease than I thought, but it wasn't that bad. Food was very hot, which was lovely to see. Very solid service and vibe. I'd recommend this place for people who are looking for a place in between casual and fancy and are with family.

First time coming to Olive Garden in over 10 years and I was very impressed. Excellent food and service. My bartender Natalie was on top of everything despite being crazy busy. She was running around all of the place but every time I needed something she was right there. The food and drinks were fantastic!

Had a late lunch with my fiancée. I had the 5 cheese ziti, which was delicious! The server was fabulous and very accommodating coming back several times to see if everything was fine or if we wanted anything else. Restaurant was very clean.

We were greeted promptly and seated right away, and the service initially started off well. Our waitress quickly took our drink orders and returned shortly after to take our meal orders. Unfortunately, the experience declined from there. My wife ordered soup as her main course, and it was brought out well before the rest of the table received their meals. The soup did not appear appetizing and had a noticeable layer of oil or residue on the surface. We brought this to the waitress’s attention and sent the soup back. After that point, our waitress was largely absent from the table. At one point we waited nearly 20 minutes without seeing her. When she eventually returned and we paid for the meal, she did not provide a receipt before running the card. When I received the receipt afterward,

I was so satisfied with the service there. When we got there, a nice lady held the door for us and greeted us kindly. Out waitress was very polite and nice. The foods were all delicious. An another person came to ask us to make sure what allergies we have. I was relieved because I usually get worried if the chefs know about our allergies even though I tell the waitresses. The seats were comfortable and the atmosphere was nice. Everyone was so friendly and polite. I have never experienced such a great service in any restaurant in America. They made me want us to come back to Richmond just to visit there. Thank you!
