Wonderful waiter and the pasta and meatballs were extra good

The first time we visited the Bend location we were disappointed by the food quality. We ordered the unlimited salad, soup and breadsticks. The soup came out cool and we did ask to please have it warmed up. We decided to give it a go again yesterday and once again left very disappointed. We came between lunch and dinner so it was still pretty quiet, I ordered the soup and salad and my husband ordered the cheese manicotti and we had to wait a long time for our food to come and once it arrived the manicotti was cool and the cheese had already hardened like it had sit out for a while. We didn’t complain, we just decided to leave it. Unfortunately after 2 bad experiences, we won’t be going back. My wife and I took our grandson to dinner of his choice for his birthday. He chose The Olive Garden. It was all good, except for our waitress, Brittany P. She was exceptional in every way! One of the best we have experienced anywhere! Thank You Brittany!

Came in last night a tad tipsy 🤫 and was immediately greeted by my server, who bravely informed us of a laundry list of 86’d items, including the one appetizer I came for. Tragic. Devastating, even. 😭 So, I tried something new, didn't throw a fit, and survived. ⭐ I don’t remember my server’s name (crime, I know), but he was phenomenal. Hilarious. Unbothered. Absolutely thriving despite delivering bad news like a seasoned war correspondent. I laughed obnoxiously loud, demanded an unethical amount of parmesan on my salad, and played Plants vs. Zombies at the table for an hour. 10/10 night. Now—about these one-star reviews. “I could’ve made this at home.” Okay. And yet… you didn’t. You came here. Curious. “Horrible.” Insightful. Poetic. “Oh no, a restaurant 86’d items, how unfathomable.

I’ll be giving a a three star because the restaurant is not bad. The food is not bad, but some servers can be a little. How can you say in the last rude way possible and knowledgeable of some things they didn’t accept my ID because it had a tiny little ding and they’ve always accepted it prior to that time
