Old Orchard Inn

We enjoyed dinner with our cousins at Old Orchard Inn last night. Our server was very patient, and very efficient. Most of our meals (especially the ribs and chicken pot pie) were excellent!

I have only been here a few times, but every visit has been wonderful. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here last year, and more recently we brought our kids. The service has been amazing each time, and the food is always consistently good. Old Orchard Inn feels like a true hidden gem. This is not the place to go if you are in a rush, but if you want to enjoy the experience, it is absolutely worth it.

The lamb chops were fine see photo cooked the way he wanted. But the chicken fricassee was a joke. See photo...I had crab cakes...worst I've had ever. And the lemon dessert ..yes you guessed it. Lemon sauce from a bottle and a merengue biscuit thing ...worthless. a suggestion. Even though the diner is getting crab cakes don't just serve them plain...presentation matters. But the atmosphere is lovely ..we'll try it again perhaps get the specials instead

My Dad’s favorite restaurant! We celebrated his 80th birthday at this historic establishment and afterwards our family strolled the gorgeous grounds taking family photos and continuing our conversations. A memorable time! We had a party of eight. Our meals were superb as were the drinks, atmosphere, and service. Top-notch!!

We tried this amazing hidden gem only 4-Mins from our house today. We had a chance to talk with the family that owns and operates this amazing establishment and the story behind it is incredible. Everything from ambience, to socializing, to the food makes more expensive establishments look 2nd rate. We will certainly be conducting dinners, meetings and the likes here more frequently!
