Oishi Ramen - Chinatown Location

The ramen in this place it was okay, in my opinion the broth tasted a bit watered down and lacked of flavor I was hoping for. The calamari was delicious and tasted very fresh. It was crispy and tender. The place itself is really pretty and I got to see them making the ramen noodles on the spot!

First timer and I will be back! Loved everything about this place. Food was AMAZING, staff was GREAT and atmosphere was relaxing. 10 out of 10 and will always recommend! 😊🙌🏼

Honestly, I wasn’t very impressed with this place. The dumplings had very minimal meat inside, which was disappointing. The Spicy Tonkotsu (pork belly) ramen had extremely fatty meat (there was more fat than actual meat). The noodles were okay, but overall the dish didn’t stand out. It wasn’t a great experience for me, and it’s unlikely that I would come back again.

AMAZING noodles, seriously soooo good. I always eat here when in the Salt Lake area. I have loved everything I've tried so far, the miso Ramen is my favorite.

Okay, this has to be my favorite restaurant of all time. I have been here twice, and I got the creamy chicken ramen. It was SO good dude, I have never had anything like it. I'm a really picky eater, and normally I hate drinking broth, but I couldn't help myself. It was so good, the eggs were perfect, everything was excellent. The second time i went tho the chicken was a little tiny bit cold, but other than that it was great! ∞/10 PLEASE GO HERE ITS SO AWESOME.
