Mina's Polynesian Hut

If you love Polynesian food I highly highly highly recommend Mina’s kitchen. The staffs are very welcoming even the atmosphere. The food here is to die for very mouthwatering. The Otai? Chefs kiss. I’m very picky when it comes to Otai but I love the Otai here. The deserts are also so delicious. I will go here again for Polynesian food.

We ordered Keke Isite, Guava cake (the best I’ve ever had), Puteni with custard & cream buns!! We also ordered our favorite Tongan dishes including Lu Sipi & Kale Moa. The food was delicious! & their hospitality was even better! Thank you Mina’s Polynesian Hut we will be ordering again. 🫶🏽

We just moved to Utah, and this was our first time visiting Mina’s Polynesian Hut—and wow, what an experience! We’ve tried several Polynesian places around West Valley City, Orem, Midvale, and Provo, and by far, Mina’s is the BEST. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious. We tried the meat pies, musubis, mango otai, pastries, chicken curry, sausage, sapasui, and fish oka—everything was beautifully plated and incredibly flavorful. Every bite was amazing. The customer service was just as outstanding as the food. The lady at the front was very friendly and knew how to genuinely connect with customers. Unfortunately, my daughter slipped and fell outside due to the icy conditions. When I went back in to buy her another mango otai, the lady was so kind and gave her a replacement drink fo

I highly recommend Mina’s kitchen. Locally owned and dessert options are amazing if you have a sweet tooth. They also have food truck excited to try their poly plates.

I love this place. I highly recommend everything they bake and make. I’ve done catering with them. I’ve ordered almost every item off their menu. Their plates are huge and packed with food. The bakery items are amazing too. I’ve been a loyal customer for years because every food item is delicious. Polynesian food is the best in Utah. Reminds me of the islands. Fresh food.
