Oak & Oar

A beautiful restaurant with a stunning view — definitely worth visiting for the scenery alone. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, and the service is attentive and friendly. The menu is interesting and creative, and the presentation of the dishes is lovely. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and slightly burnt, which affected the overall impression. However, the rest of the food was tasty, and overall it’s a great place

This place has such a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious. Our waiter was truly amazing and checked on us frequently. We were seated on a window view to the lake. Its our first time dining in and we are looking forward to returning in the near future.

This was the first time we ate at the new reboot. We were given homemade potato chips with a sour cream dip which were complimentary. My husband and I shared the crab cakes that were good. Tartar sauce and a bourbon mustard were included. The mustard didn't go with this. The crab cakes were lightly fried so they didn't have that crunchy top. We then shared the club which was good. They were busy so service was a bit slow. I don't care for fried food so finding something was a challenge. A few healthy options would have been appreciated. I saw the cheese board come out and it looked very nice. Unlike a review here showing some cheese and flatbread. Not sure what happened with yours.

My family and I absolutely loved our dining experience at Oak and Oar. This restaurant has become our new favorite spot for a delicious affordable fish fry and family meal. Between the stunning views of the lake to the decadent food, I would recommend Oak and Oar to everyone. We are so looking forward to returning.

Amazing view overlooking Geneva Lake! Great cocktails, fresh chips and dip! Walleye was large and delicious! BBQ Chicken mouthwatering! Prices are completely affordable! Great service!!!
