Oak Level Cafe

Have been out of state several years but was back this week and stopped by Oak Level for breakfast this morning. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was very good. Loved the link sausage, great flavor and juicy.

It's a quintessential cafeteria. Very Cafeteria vibe with not much table privacy. Food came out quickly and was hot & hearty. Taste? Very Cafeteria-like. Not bad if you need something quickly on your way to work. Not somewhere I will go to often. Con: MUST use cash. No electronic payments are accepted.

That was some delicious fried chicken! Got the potato casserole, which was basically loaded mashed potatoes, and the Mac n cheese. Potatoes were amazing, mac was so so. Kinda had that classic creamy texture, wish I had just a little bit of pepper to add. Everything else was perfect! Glad I stopped

This was a country gem. Definitely a locals breakfast and lunch spot but great customer service. The food was awesome. The cheese biscuit 😋 😍. Everything about this place made me feel right at home. Glad I decided to venture off the path to go check it out. 8 bucks for breakfast can't beat that anywhere.
