NY Bagel Factory

I really want to like this place but the two times I’ve ordered from them I was left disappointed. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and consider that maybe there is an issue between DoorDash and their system. The first time ordering I ordered a bacon egg and cheese for my fiancé and a toasted bagel with cream cheese for me. Fiancé said his sandwich was good. However, my bagel came untoasted, no cream cheese. Okay, fine that’s a little annoying but I had cream cheese at home so I made do. This time I ordered an iced coffee and a roasted turkey sandwich from their menu. Coffee was excellent although there was no tamper protection so you just have to trust your driver. Their bagels/ sandwiches are really good but expensive so definitely only for special occasions when I want to treat myself. Baked goods not so much. The blueberry muffin might of had 3 blueberries total.

Stopped in only to be informed it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for a bagel. The kitchen was backed up. I get it. But when you see 4 people behind the counter and the manager it would be prudent to send someone back to help instead of loosing a sale.

Grabbed a bagel and muffin to go this morning - Had the sausage, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel which was very good, my only nitpicky thing was the bagel seemed on the softer side. This is more of a preference thing, so I wouldn’t say it’s a good or bad thing. The blueberry muffin was fantastic - soft and moist core and a slightly harder exterior, clearly my phone ate first. Will definitely be back, this is one of the best bagel places in the Marlborough area!

We had the jalapeño cheddar bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and the sesame bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. Everything was delicious and the portions were large. A nice little place to sit outside and eat.
