Nuyores

Nuyores absolutely blew me away. The food is insanely good…everything was flavorful and thoughtfully done. They put a really fun and creative twist on Peruvian classics that were unlike anything I’ve tried before. The salmon crudo and tuna tiradito were standouts, the crispy yuca was so unique (and the sauce is next-level), and the lomo saltado was one of the best steaks I’ve had in the city. Truly everything we had was awesome. The drinks deserve their own shoutout too. We tried a few incredible Chilean wines recommended by one of the owners, Jonathan, to pair with our meal. We also enjoyed the Pisco Sour and Carajillo cocktails which were perfectly balanced and honestly, just delicious. You can tell a lot of care goes into the whole beverage program. Wow!! Can’t say enough good things about this place. From the beautiful space. To the amazing food. Even better service!! 10/10 all around. I tried a few different things off the menu. Everything was delicious. Cocktails were great. The adobo lamb ribs, ribeye lomo saltado style, and tuna tiradito are a must try!!! Thank you Steven and the Nuyores team for a great experience. Authentic Peruvian food taken to a whole new level! Every single dish was spectacular. I couldn’t say which one was my favorite cause the taste of each plate was so unique. The restaurant interior is straight out of a movie scene. You feel like you’ve been transported back in time. Super intimate, the noise level has been perfected and the service is impeccable. Chef Oscar has created one of New Yorks new top tier restaurants. Highly recommended!

Do not sleep on going to this place! I can tell they’re going to blow up so go while you can still get a reservation. If you’re on a date, sit at the bar. It is so beautiful and unique. Steven, the bar extraordinaire, made the best Pisco Sour I’ve ever had. The ambiance and vibe was incredible from the design, to the music, and even the people. The food was top notch, a rich mix of flavors, and good portion sizes to both share yet enjoy multiple dishes. Jonathan, one of the owners, was also a pleasure to meet and also has a wealth of experience in the wine industry. I can’t wait to come back in the future and watch them grow and prosper in the process.

A stunning space with equally incredible food. My husband and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary, and Maria, our waitress, made the experience feel extra special with her warm and attentive service. The sommelier’s wine recommendation paired beautifully with our meal and elevated the entire evening. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful celebration.
