I just left my doctor's appointment and was having an IBS/Acid Reflux flare and needed a quick healthy relief. I googled which shakes or smoothies would be best. Found Nutrition at The Bridge. Its beautiful great energy and when I met their team I asked can you do just a banana and ginger smoothie or shake the gorgeous locke haired women said yes I asked no milk she said no just water and ice with a vanilla base I had to search if that was good for my condition and she and the other young lady waited patiently. The vanilla base protein 😋 is fine. It came out nice and thick (coats the tummy) and as I sat in my car writing this the pain subsided. They have a great menu I would suggest (to stand out from the rest) being that your close to medical centers look into offering recipes for people
