We loved our experience at lifestyle smoothie! The cafe itself is so vibrant, clean and welcoming. The staff is so kind and gave us good recommendations of what to try since it was our first time there. The smoothies were SO tasty and FRESH! We also had the broccoli twist salad which was also very fresh and delicious. The owners were so kind and even took the time to introduce themselves, we loved that! We are so happy to have a place like this in our neighborhood that we can frequent often. Excited to try more on their menu and be a regular customer here. 10/10 would recommend! You will be so happy you did!

My husband and I have been eating at Lifestyle Smoothie several times a week since it opened. My two favorite things besides the food and the owner Sterling, is the amazing vibes. It's a great place to go if you want to getaway from the everyday hustle. You can go at anytime of the day and have an amazing experience. Every time I go, I get the Veggie Burger. I've never had anything like it! The broccoli twist is delicious and the fruit bowl is now my new favorite! 😋🥰

Food was great. It is a bit pricey but thats because everything is fresh. Great food. Edit:Food is still great and tasty. If you want fresh healthy food this is the place to come. I love how the smoothies don't have a lot of added sugar.

💎Hidden Gem in this neighborhood! The Mango Tropic smoothie is my FAV! This place is growing on me, I love a good smoothie. Service is always fast and friendly. Will always stop by when I’m on this side of town. Especially in this hot weather! Thank you! 🙏🏾 ❤️

Absolutely delicious!!! My first time here and I will definitely be back. I had a Veggie Burger and Smoothie. So grateful to have a healthy place to eat near me. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and the customer service was superb. The burger was so good I ate it up before I could get a picture.
