Had a great experience at Nou Nou Noodle Bar in Manhattan. The food feels modern yet still rooted in authentic Thai flavors. Highly recommend the Piah (crispy and flavorful), Ribs Kor Rae (super tender and packed with flavor), and the NouNou Talay if you love seafood — fresh and perfectly balanced with Thai herbs. The Cha-Cha Steak was surprisingly excellent, cooked just right with a vibrant Thai twist. Cochin Beef is rich and comforting, great with rice. We also ordered the Burrata Caprese Salad, which added a nice fresh contrast to the stronger flavors. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate — perfect for a date night or a relaxed dinner with friends. Definitely a hidden gem in Manhattan. Would happily come back!

They just opened three weeks ago, and we were impressed! We ordered the Pongteh Pork and the Nounou Talay, and both did not disappoint. The Sukhothai spicy chili-lime broth in the Nounou Talay was incredibly fragrant and flavorful. The Pongteh pork knife-cut noodles had a rich, smoky depth, and the braised five-spice pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender. I would definitely come back to try more dishes!

I had a really great experience at this restaurant. The food tasted amazing and was incredibly flavorful. What I loved most was how unique the dishes were — the flavors were creative but still perfectly balanced. You can really tell a lot of thought went into combining different ingredients, and it worked beautifully. I especially enjoyed how the menu offered something different from the usual, which made the whole meal exciting from start to finish. On top of that, the service was excellent. The server was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the dining experience even better. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food with a creative twist.

I recently tried this new restaurant in the East Village and it was a great surprise. If you’re looking for something different in NYC, this Asian fusion spot definitely stands out. The flavors are bold and the combinations are really creative. Everything we ordered was great, but the Ribs Kor Rae were a standout, the sauce was absolutely incredible. The Bata Crab is also a must-try. I’m already thinking about going back just for that dish. We also had the Cha-Cha Steak and Cochin Beef, and finished with the Piah for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending. The cocktails were great too. If you’re looking for a new place to eat in the East Village or a unique Asian fusion restaurant in NYC, this spot is definitely worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back 🤍

The portions are generous, and the menu offers great variety for both classic and adventurous tastes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and welcoming — a great place to enjoy a casual meal or bring friends. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving excellent noodles. I will definitely be coming back!
