Nothing Bundt Cakes

I love the Bundt cakes but I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience with the ladies at the front desk. I asked for a seasonal assortment of Bundtinis and was given the classic assortment instead. I didn’t realize this until I got home. I also asked if I could get an extra small box and was told they didn’t have any to-go boxes. Then I asked if I could purchase one of the small plastic ramekins for a single Bundt cake and was told they were “completely out.” It genuinely felt less like they were out of options and more like they just didn’t want to work with me on anything. The overall tone was short and borderline snarky, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Even my 13 year old son felt they were being 100% dishonest. I love the cakes but customer service really matters

I will never go to this Bundt cake store again. Only because they use the smallest tip to do their frosting, the one in Westminster, does those big thick frosting lines, and oh it makes a difference.

The cake was delicious, it looked beautiful , however we ordered a Gender reveal cake a the effort to disguise/hide the gender part was in our opinion not givin the best effort. They stuffed a rattle in the middle of the cake but it was barely sat on top , with a paper flower covering it that was not secured in anyway at all. So when looking at the cake straight on you could clearly see the blue of the rattle an the words boy when facing the cake head on, so before we even got to properly do our event an see the results the mom, prematurely seen it while unwrapping the cake; it was clear as day, so again the cake was phenomenal but thanks for the zero effort on hiding something that should’ve been special to us , I hope you choose to do better in the future for people who choose to shop w

We work at the Urgent Care down the road, and they brought us some cakes :) They’re SO soft and delicious, this is hands down the best NBC I’ve ever had food from! Thank yall so much, we appreciate it!

Always the same great quality, it's best if you are doing more than a single cake or 12noack to call ahead. They can do curb side (actually in the parking lot behind the building) delivery. Love the key lime seasonal flavor right now. The new boxes with the polka dots are very festive and great for delivering to an event. I always have to try to keep myself out of their gift section, they have a ton of cute/fun gifts.
