Went in after winning a giveaway and this was one of the best experiences I've had at this company!!! I've been to a couple locations and they always have great service. This one went above and beyond this weekend!!! I left the pastries out for my kids to eat in the morning before I left to serve at the church service in the morning and all of it was gone!! My children all asked me for more and they requested it for their birthday!! Truly, thank you for reaching out. I went to pick up the order, but the customer placed it a bit early. I went to the door and saw the lady watching me from behind the door. I showed my phone screen and said, “I’m from Uber, I came to pick up the order,” but it was just 4 ready-made items that she needed to put in a bag. She said the order would be ready in about 20 minutes, so I canceled it. Then, only one minute later, she opened the door — but I had already canceled. That made me upset....I think I'm going on behalf of the customer. If you're available, you should give it.

I have gifted their cakes a couple times to friends. That was before I had ever tried them. It was the first time I picked up a Lemon Raspberry cake (8" one) for my family today. It was moist and all but was extremely sweet. I believe half the sweetness would have worked just fine. Also, it felt more like a sponge cake than a bundt cake. It tasted chemically, not much better than a grocery store cake. A homemade cake with pure ingredients tastes much better and more authentic than this.
