We were in the process of filing a marriage license in absentia. The document had been filled out and signed by the county clerk of courts. We just needed it signed by a notary. After dealing with about four notaries that said they were not allowed to do this, including one who swore up and down she had been doing this for 25 years, Steve stepped up and explained that it was more than legal for him to do it and he could even officiate for us if we wanted to. Steve really came through when we needed him in a pinch and I'm very thankful for him and his business. Thanks, Steve!
