North End 2.0

We had an exceptional experience at North End 2.0 tonight. A quick note for first-time visitors: although they open earlier for wine and retail bottle sales, dinner service does not begin until 5:00 pm, and they are not taking reservations yet. We arrived at 4:30 and were happy to enjoy a bottle of wine while we waited—but it’s helpful to know there is no food service prior to 5. Once dinner began, everything was outstanding. Our server recommended a bottle of wine that was absolutely excellent and set the tone for the evening. We started with the beet carpaccio special, served with an incredible assortment of bread—pita and a lovely Italian bread—alongside olive oil, balsamic, and Parmesan. Truly delicious.
