Cakes By Karin

Karin made the most adorable cake/cookies for my sister-in-law's rubber ducky themed baby shower! All of the guests complimented us on the designs (many asking for Karin's info) and the taste was great as well. We will definitely be using Karin again. She was very easy to work with, had great suggestions, and responded quickly!

Karin was so easy to work with. The cake she made for my parents 60th anniversary was gorgeous and tasted amazing. We did the yellow cake with some chocolate filling. She helped me with the design from just looking at few pictures that I sent her of things I liked. I was just perfect and I trusted her to assit me. Her roses that she makes from sugar look real, unbelievable.

Cake's by Karin is fantastic! I called Karin 4 days before my Dad's retirement party on New Year's Eve and she made a delicious and beautiful cake that was a huge hit with everyone! We ordered a marble cake with ganache filling, an outer layer of vanilla buttercream and fondant. It was perfect! I highly recommend Karin & will be coming back for many cakes to come! When I decided to spend my birthday with my mom, my daughter called around to various bakeries in the area (Hudson) because she wanted to surprise me with a cake for my birthday. Karin was the only business that returned her call. Not only did Karin make this cake - she delivered it for free. I can honestly say this cake was the best birthday cake I've ever had. It was exactly as my daughter ordered - she knows my love for cake - and it surpassed any and all expectations I had. In the future, I won't mind another birthday if it means having a "Karin" cake.

Karin, is wonderful. Her cakes are not only beautiful, they taste delicious. She never ceases to amaze me, with her talent. Recently, my daughter asked for a rainbow alien cake. Karin, did not disappoint. It was better than I could expect. Thank you, so much!
