Noodles and Company

I've been to noodles & company in Wausau too many times to count and I have also ordered through Uber eats. I absolutely love their food. I was never very impressed with the service I received in house until this last week when I stopped in. I wish I could remember her name because she was absolutely amazing. Not only was she friendly and patient, but I had a huge order and everything was as I asked for. I've noted that the size and the amount of shrimp has gone down over the years. Because I order a lot of the same dishes I notice sometimes I have a lot of protein and sometimes very little. I always try to be proactive and just order extra protein, usually two different types. But in that case, I feel I should have two full sizes of proteins when in fact you usually end up getting half of

I can't comment on the service or atmosphere in this particular establishment as we always get pick up. What I can say is that this particular location/establishment doesn't know how to cook potstickers worth the money spent on them. Every single time we order these they are severely undercooked if not raw. Pictures provided. Learn how to cook them properly or take them off your menu!

What happened to this place? The food used to be so good. Now, you are paying a lot more for half the portion of what you used to get. My bowl was less than half full. There was maybe 3 pieces of broccoli in it. I got the Japanese pan noodles. It was pretty dry too. Its just frustrating because for the amount of money you are paying, you are better off trying to make it at home. Also, the music was so loud that we had to take our food to go. My daughter is really sensitive to loud sounds. Will not be going back.

I've always enjoyed Noodles and Company. Their food is pretty good, decent variety choice, and I like their desserts (rice crispie treats taste like they're homemade) Prices are fair, more expensive than McDonald's of course, but not drastically. I think it's fair, considering its healthier and fresher food. The restaurants are clean and set up nicely. The employees are usually young kids that are playing, goofing around etc. One girl whom took my order (over the phone) a few weeks ago, was quite snobby. But she was young so I let it slide and continue to eat at Noodles n Co. and still give a good review! Thanks! (PS The dish Below is stroganoff with extra sauce and Parmesan crusted chicken and the other dish is also Parmesan crusted chicken with a different type of noodle)
