Came here from out of town and will be back! Tried the lotus drinks- Pinery, but subbed coconut milk for lemonade. This was fantastic and sweet. Very reasonable priced.

Quite a lovely spot! This place had some good cafe vibes! Coffee was good and so was their GF cookie. Cappuccino art was so so, and was overall fine. Would probably come again if in the area.

I wanted to give a review to this small business! This was my first time in the coffee shop doing a delivery and I was so impressed with their welcoming demeanor! I was just doing my job and they offered me a coffee for the road. It’s a small gesture that went a long way. I will definitely be going to this coffee shop moving forward. I absolutely love the pinery. Two weeks postpartum coming here was my first outing and I fell in love with it ever since. Their coffee tastes real and authentic and its a great spot to study, to catch up, or to have a little get together(I have had gotten to have a bible study here) I have had their muffins and their french toast bread loaf- both of which were phenomenal. Every worker I have interacted with make it feel so welcoming and comforting. Definitely an amazing spot!

My family and I stopped by Pinery Coffee in Wausau on our way north to enjoy the fall colors, and it was an absolute delight! Housed in a charmingly repurposed old department store, the coffee shop has a warm, inviting vibe with a unique blend of historic character and cozy modern touches. The pumpkin spice latte was a standout—perfectly spiced, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet, making it the ideal autumn treat. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we left feeling refreshed and ready for our fall adventure. Highly recommend Pinery Coffee for anyone passing through Wausau!
