Noah's NY Bagels

My coworker placed an order and I selected the brisket bagel sandwich. When I took a bite, it tasted different and I realized it was not the correct bagel. The bagel had avocado and a flat meat patty. Within minutes I started getting itchy, and my face broke into hives. The patty was chorizo which is pork and Im allergic. No one else had ordered that bagel so I didn’t accidentally swap with anyone else. When my coworker reached out to customer service they said they gave the correct sandwich even though we included pictures of what we picked up. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Walked in early morning to just grab a bagel and schmear. I'm going to assume the young woman behind the counter. Making the sandwiches did not wipe off her knife. Because all I got was a plain bagel and strawberry cream cheese. But yet, I tasted onions and chive in my bagel that day. I also picked up a chocolate chip cookie. And the cookie was hard as rocks.

This is a filthy restaurant. I've been here on multiple occasions since 2018 and the service i've received has always been disappointing. The employees here lack of work ethic, hygiene, and professionalism. This is 2022. Why is there no indoor dining? I wouldn't want to come back to this health hazard of a place anyways! I ordered an egg white bagel and a cold brew with light ice. It took 10 minutes for the bagel and 20 minutes for the cold brew. The employee with dreads messed up my cold brew and had a childish demeanor. The filth and unprofessionalism of this location is unacceptable and reminiscent of a third world country. See attached photos of their "employee's only" area and you'll see the grime buildup in the kitchen. The toilet in the bathroom did not flush as well.

The bagels are amazing but I really just wish the coffee was better. If it isn't empty, it's comically weak. Almost thought I was drinking tea.

Okay so my husband's been begging me to bring him home a bagel. He's handicapped and can't get out and I told him if he'd tell me what he wanted I would get him. His bagel. Went in this morning got in line where we've always stood only to see a longer line to my left. I thought those were the people who had ordered were waiting for their order and needed to pay. No, it turns out they've changed where the lines line up. They ignore the people waiting over where we thought we were supposed to wait and by the time someone was kind enough to share this with me, everybody was ignoring me and that includes the staff. The line was over a dozen people deep. I don't know how businesses expect to retain customers when it takes you over an hour to get a bagel? Which is what people in line were tellin
