Nishiki Sushi

I had an amazing experience at Nishiki Sushi in Rensselaer! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very attentive. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and has a relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for a nice dinner. The sushi was absolutely excellent, incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every roll I tried was perfectly balanced and tasted fantastic. The presentation was also impressive, showing real care and skill from the kitchen. Prices are fair for the quality, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. Overall, Nishiki Sushi is a great spot for anyone who loves high-quality Japanese food. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

Very charming place. I was surprised with how delicious the food is. Yum yum crab is my favorite appetizer so far. Lovely decoration and a very pleasant environment. Service is excellent and overall it was a pleasure having a meal here.

Sushi and hibachi. Wonderful service, fast with the food, tastes really good. They have plenty of sake, beer, and wine to choose from, including plum wine, which i recommend (it is sweet). Booth/tables and bar seating. The decor and ambiance is just perfect.

Waitress was very good and attentive. The problem was the kitchen. This was the second time a party of 6 ordered food, and the second time my food was brought out after everyone finished eating. It's a shame because the food is good. The owner needs to oversee the kitchen staff and coordinate the how and when the plates are brought out to the table.

Nice, clean, peaceful place. Everyone is very friendly and helpful with ordering if it’s your first time. I’ve been to many sushi places here in the county and this place is delicious, and fresh. It’s a smaller more intimate dining room with a Sushi Bar and takeout as well!!
