i absolutely loved this food! they're a small family owned business and i would definitely recommend stopping by if you like spanish food. i ordered yellow rice, black beans, and roasted pork. it was amazing!! also, the salsa on the side was perfect, it was jalapenos and garlicky. the atmosphere is cute and the staff inside are just the absolute sweetest. i will definitely be back!!

I like this place a lot they make really good juices. Food is fresh and the service when you stop in is wonderful. I often order on DoorDash and my only complaint is that the consistency in the amount of chicken they give for my favourite dish happens to vary every time I get it other than that I’m always Pleased good job folks

“Rensselaer’s hidden gem.” MZ Mi Ecuador should be top on your list for economical, ethnic, and tasteful sensational experiences. A wonderful experience full of food made with love. Tender meats, perfectly cooked rice and beans, and also heaping loads of the aforementioned fill your plate. The lunch special is $12, so it is definitely bang for the buck. Stopped in around lunch time but the place was not packed with people, though it was filled with enchanting aromas, Ecuadorian trinkets, and fun music. Anytime I’m in the area and hungry, I know where I’m going.

I’ve been coming here for fresh fruit and vegetable juices for years. Many different combinations for health benefits like detox, anti-inflammatory and energy. The food is authentic, fresh, delicious and reasonably priced for the large portions. The space is clean, rich in culture, and the staff are friendly and inviting.
