As someone who is new to the area— I saw this place while driving to another local business; so. I decided to stop in with my daughter. The parking is limited as this business does have a very high volume of customers. The environment was extremely clean and spacious! The staff was very welcoming upon entering and checkout; the transaction process was very time efficient. The key factor about this business that stood out to me was the variety of flavors of the frozen yogurt and toppings — also how they are very flexible with accommodations to diet restrictions. I have been to this place twice within the week at this point; I would highly recommend going here if you are able to or looking for a go to spot for a sweet treat!

This location is amazing. The flavors are on point, the place is clean, the toppings are full and fresh. The whipped cream is freshly made. They offer samples. They are open on time. This is how you run a business. The owner Adam is very personable. Well Done Adam at 16 Handles Well Done.

I get frozen yogurt here often, it is always clean and the staff is always friendly. I noticed a man name Erik Ross has been targeting businesses on rt 4 leaving them one star reviews and it seems to be politically motivated because all of the businesses he gave 1 star reviews (on the same day) are the ones with specific “vote for” signs on their lawn even though it might not be the actual businesses that put them there. Either way this business is great and that man is not credible.

AMAZING!!! Self-serve frozen yogurt, multiple flavors and so many topping options. Very clean. Staff was super friendly, happy, and on top of everything! They were pleasant to speak with, quick to respond to my 'oh no, there's no more vanilla!' :) and quickly refilled it. A lot of people came in at the same time so they were busy, but efficient. The kids (and maybe some adults like me) love the photo booth! Which I somehow couldn't figure out, so the very nice young man assisted me. We had too much fun for it to be just a frozen yogurt joint. Even took some to go! Smiling and happy employees = smiling and happy customers! Great job! I highly recommend this location.

I love me some frozen yogurt and this place rocks. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful, too. One of my favorite stops.
