Ninfa's

I remember going to Ninfas as a youngster to go and buy tortillas and they would always give me a tortilla with butter to eat while I waited as they made my tortillas fresh right there in front of me. Well runs through short I moved to Arizona for 21 years and I never forgot about this place orange the flavor of their tortillas in the smell as they were being baked fresh every morning. Since I have been back in Kansas this is my second trip back to visit Ninfas and now they have a few tables inside and they have a menu which I don't remember them having at all before because what I remember it was only tortillas and it was perfectly fine just like that but now they have a menu however I went slowly for the purpose of getting tortillas so that I can get enough for me and some to share with

Hands down, these are the best flour tortillas in the city. You just can't find that homemade, authentic texture anywhere else. Beyond the food, the service makes this place special. Mike is absolutely amazing—always friendly, welcoming, and runs a tight ship. It is rare to find a spot that stays this consistent and high-quality for over three decades. If you haven't been yet, you are missing out on a local gem!

Wow, Love love love Ninfa's🥰 1st you get fresh made tortilla, add a drizzle of butter then add the red or green sauce! YUM!! I had a beef tostada and it was the best EVER✔ make sure to be there before 3:30 PM 🦋A MUST STOP🥰

It was my time eating here and we might have went too late which might be our fault. We went at 1:30PM and they were almost out of tortillas. Their food was rather delicious I must say. I might have to go earlier next time so we can get fresher food ᵕ̈
