Nikki's Banh Mi Shop

Definitely a great spot to hit that bahn mi craving! Perfectly-crispy and chewy bread. Delicious veggies and marinated chicken. Beef pho was also pretty damn good (although I've had some with better broth in the past); they also put everything together for you here, ready to squirt in your hoisin and Sriracha as desired. The sammich was understandably on the higher side for cost, but you also get a pretty large sammy too, so it balances out. Everyone is super-friendly here! Will stop by again!

Unfortunately this place was just a mid experience. The Korean chicken bbq banh mi lacked flavor.. was not my favorite. The Phat Woonsen & Drunken noodles were decent. The fresh spring rolls were very large portion for the price. The Vietnamese coffee was terrible… we asked with boba, assuming they would be the tapioca boba balls but she did not tell us they were out of those and chose to substitute it with jelly boba balls which were very bad in my opinion.

The Banh Mi sandwiches are very good! Also the sesame balls are really good and better than ones we have had at Chinese restaurants. We enjoyed our lunch! Nikki is always personable and she and her staff gave us great service!

Left feeling hungry. The drunken noodle with beef ($18) was tasty but had only 5 small pieces of shaved beef. When I inquired if the dish usually comes with more beef, the response was “I don’t know”. After eating, I went home and made chicken and veggies

I went to Nikki’s for years before moving to TX. I came home to visit and one of my first stops was at her restaurant. It was worth the 4,000 mile round trip 🤩!
