NH Restaurant Equipment Sales and Service

This place is absolutely my favorite store in the entire city. I've spent most of my life in the restaurant industry and I love the equipment and variety this place offers. The staff is so amazing. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and the time I brought my daughter in just to show her all the treasures they have the staff only ever asked if we needed any help finding things. I've been to other stores that try to hurry you out the door for whatever reason but these folks are the best in the business. I cannot recommend this place more highly, honestly

I’ve done business here before, and today I was looking to purchase a walk-in freezer, not a small purchase. I went in to the store looking for some help because, honestly, I didn’t know what I should be purchasing. I thought that the place that sells restaurant equipment would be willing to walk me through the available options and give me advice on what they thought I should purchase. I believe I was dealing with the owner. He literally laughed in my face when I tried to explain that I was looking for a walk-in freezer but didn’t know the answers to his questions. He started throwing around terms that I didn’t understand and he laughed again and just made it clear I was wasting his time. I was looking for help and got belittled instead.

Just got off the phone - called to see if I could order a display fridge... very uncomfortable conversation. The guy made it seem like he didn't want to sell me anything, barely answered questions, and then I offered to email him what I was looking for, and he said "if you want" after a really, really long pause. Maybe he was doing two things at once? I said ok I think this probably not a good fit, and he hung up. I feel very weird right now. You think you would call a Restaurant Equipment Sales place to buy restaurant equipment. I guess not.
